All Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County branches to close October 13

YOUNGSTOWN All branches of the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County (PLYMC) will be closed for the day on Monday, October 13.

According to a press release, all PLYMC locations will be closed October 13 for a scheduled Staff Development Day.

All branches are expected to reopen under their normal hours the following day.
