Sabrina Carpenter pulled out all the stops for her Grand Ole Opry debut on Wednesday night.
The singer hit the stage in Nashville wearing a black one-shoulder outfit that glittered under the lights of the theater. It was an archival piece designed by Bob Mackie.
The designer shared the look on Instagram , describing the dress as a “black jersey one-shouldered strip dress, with large crystal and diamond gemstones.”
What’s more, the dress was more than just a fantastically preserved vintage garment. It was originally designed for actress Ann-Margaret in the 1970s, intended for her club act.
