In January, Amazon announced that they were partnering up with Melania Trump for a behind-the-scenes documentary on her life as the First Lady of the United States. Now, the wait is almost over, and of course, the film is already controversial.

Amazon MGM Studio announced on Oct. 9 that Melania will have an exclusive theatrical run beginning Jan. 30, 2026, and focus on the 20 days ahead of Donald Trump’s second inauguration. It will eventually make its way to streaming and include a three-episode docuseries on the mysterious first lady for Prime Video.
