A 45-year-old Chester man who pled guilty to a misdemeanor charge of corruption of minors in August for having a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old resident of a Chester Township home for foster children has been sentenced to a year of probation.

Common Pleas Court Judge Dominic Pileggi said Naim Abdullah would serve the first two months of that sentence under house arrest on electronic home monitoring.

Pileggi had previously dismissed two other felony charges for institutional sexual assault under the negotiated plea worked out by Assistant District Attorney Bryan Barth and defense counsel William Wismer.

Abdullah, of the unit block of West 24th Street, entered a negotiated waiver of his preliminary hearing on all three charges in January with the understanding that the case would
