The Oklahoma Railway Museum invites visitors to relive the golden age of railroading this October aboard the beautifully restored Leigh Valley Coal Company #126 steam engine, affectionately known as “Sadie.”
This 1930s-era coal-burning saddle tank locomotive will power a series of 40-minute excursions through Oklahoma City, offering passengers a rare opportunity to experience a true steam-powered train ride.
Whether guests are seeking a nostalgic ride or a fun family outing, each excursion promises an unforgettable fall adventure.
Fall Steam Train Rides
Passengers can choose from several seating options, including open-air flatcars, vintage 1920s and 1930s passenger coaches, or the classic caboose.
The steam train leaves at four different times on October 11th, 12th, 18th, and 19th.
