(WHTM) - Pennsylvania voters are largely undecided on whether to vote "yes" or "no" on retaining three state Supreme Court justices.
In a new Franklin & Marshall College poll released Thursday of 929 registered Pennsylvania voters, more than 50% said they did not know whether to retain Justices Kevin Dougherty and David Wecht.
The poll found 43% of registered voters were unsure about retaining Justice Christine Donohue, though Donohue had the highest retention support among the three justices at 31%.
Thirty percent said Dougherty should be retained, and 25% said Wecht should be retained.
The poll does provide some hope for Democrats, who are pushing voters to vote "yes" on retaining the justices. Among "likely voters," all three justices had a double-digit lead in the "yes" vote.
