Red Sox legend Pedro Martinez made sure he didn’t miss an opportunity to troll the Yankees .

Long after the Blue Jays officially eliminated the Yankees in Game 4 of the AL Division Series, during TNT’s postgame show after the Phillies-Dodgers game, at around 1 a.m., Martinez chimed in.

“Now, I finally realized who their daddy is,” Martinez said, via X/Twitter . “Oh, my godson ... Vladdy Jr. is the daddy, and that is a fact. And I’m so happy for that, now they don’t have to search anywhere. They just have to look at Vladdy and really say, ‘You my daddy, Vladdy, you my daddy.’”

Vladdy is, of course, the Blue Jays’ first baseman Vladimir Guerrero Jr., who went 9-for-17 (.529 batting average) with 3 home runs and 9 RBIs against the Yankees in the ALDS.
