UPDATE: Bennett pleaded guilty to drug trafficking and unlawful use of a weapon, according to online court records.

As part of a plea deal, a judge sentenced Bennett to serve five years for drug trafficking and four years in prison for the weapon charge. The sentences will be served consecutively.
