The Boston Legacy Football Club, the soon-to-be newest addition to the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL), announced that Williams and his investment firm, 888 Meidas, joined the team's investment group on Thursday. Boston Legacy FC will kick off its inaugural season in 2026 as the 15th team in the NWSL.
