The Wherry family consists of parents Alex and Isabel, their 7-year-old twins, a 3-year-old, a baby … and one emotional support skeleton.
Illinois mom Isabel tells TODAY.com that when she unpacked her Halloween decor and found a skeleton, her 3-year-old daughter Aspen “got really excited” and shouted, “Mr. Bones!”
The two have been inseparable ever since.
Isabel has shared several TikTok videos of Aspen and Mr. Bones on Tiktok as they visit the doctor, go to the grocery store, play on the swings, hop on the back of a bike and ride in the car (with the skeleton on Aspen’s lap).
And of course Aspen happily snuggles up to sleep with Mr. Bones in her crib.
