SOUTH JORDAN, Utah (ABC4) — A Taylorsville man was arrested and charged after police allegedly connected him to a Kik account that had been downloading child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Nathan Moffett, 47, was charged Monday with 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, a second-degree felony.

According to court documents, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) forwarded a tipline involving a Kik account that had allegedly downloaded CSAM. Kik is a social media app, and has been connected to the exploitation of childre
