INGHAM COUNTY, Mich. (WILX) - Ingham County has begun developing its first-ever Sustainability Action Plan (SAP) and officials are looking for input from the community.

Officials say the SAP is a “community-informed roadmap that will guide the county’s environmental, climate, and resilience efforts in the years ahead.”

To get feedback from residents, the county is holding the third of four in-person Community Listening Sessions Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at the Ingham County Medical Care Facility in Okemos.

The final listening session will be held on Nov. 10 at the Ingham County Fairgrounds Banquet Facility in Mason.
