MANCHESTER, N.H. —
New Hampshire Supreme Court Justice Anna Barbara Hantz Marconi has had her license to practice law reinstated.
Hantz Marconi is now authorized to resume her judicial duties after entering a no-contest plea to a misdemeanor charge Tuesday.
She is accused of misusing her position to try to obtain information and influence a criminal case against her husband, New Hampshire Port Authority Director Geno Marconi, by meeting with former Gov. Chris Sununu.

The order placing Hantz Marconi on leave from the court was rescinded following her plea hearing.
