Emmy-nominated actor Aubrey Plaza and screenwriter Dan Murphy first met when they were in high school, then went to college together. Since then, they've gone to collaborate on TV shows, books and more in their 20 years of friendship.

"Luna and the Witch Throw a Halloween Party" is the pair's latest children's book, and comes after their first two books about a Christmas witch.

Murphy and Plaza tell TODAY.com their creative bond is one of the secrets to their two decades of friendship.
