As the Chicago Bears prepare for the fifth game of the season against the Washington Commanders on Monday Night Football, both teams have released their first official injury report for week six.
The Bears did not practice on Thursday, so the report is an estimation. That being said, there’s some concerns for the Bears, even with the team coming off their bye week.
DB Jaquan Brisker (quad), DL Grady Jarrett (knee), RB Kyle Monangai (thigh), and OL Darnell Wright (elbow) all were listed as DNP (did not practice). That’s three starters. Reports started circulating earlier this week that Brisker wasn’t practicing, which was cause for concern. Wright was injured prior to the bye, as was Jarrett. Monangai played in the Bears’ last game in Las Vegas.
