SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- Fleet Week Air Show events have been canceled due to weather two out of the last three years. With this year's Fleet Week already feeling the impact of a government shutdown, the question on many people's minds is, will the weather be clear enough for the Air Show to take place?

While the government shutdown may have spelled bad news for fans of the Blue Angels, the good news is that the weather for this weekend's Fleet Week events should be ideal.

"The weather for Fleet Week across San Francisco looks very nice," said KRON4 Meteorologist Gayle Ong. "We are expecting mild comfortable temperatures with mostly sunny skies."
