A judge in Chicago will soon decide if the use of another state’s National Guard is permitted for other purposes. Gov. Abbott activated 400 members of the guard, but FOX 7 was told only 200 are on the ground in Illinois, and about a quarter of that number are now at the regional ICE facility.
