NEW YORK (PIX11) – New York State Attorney General Letitia James is responding to a grand jury charge of fraud in Virginia on Thursday.

“This is nothing more than a continuation of the president’s desperate weaponization of our justice system,” AG James said in a press release. “He is forcing federal law enforcement agencies to do his bidding, all because I did my job as the New York State Attorney General.”

James, a Democrat, enraged Trump after his first term with a lawsuit claiming he built his business empire on lies about his wealth.
