NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A Nashville family is seeking answers after a loved one was killed in a hit-and-run crash Tuesday night.

The Metro Nashville Police Department said Mack Tyrone Cosby was walking along Dr. D.B. Todd Jr. Boulevard near Osage street when he was struck by a dark-colored SUV.

Following the crash, the driver kept going, according to police. Cosby was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he died.

“When you leave, that’s murder,” Cosby’s cousin, Jerome Boyd, said. “We need closure. Anybody who has any information, if you have a ring doorbell or anything, just let us know.”
