FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — Bristol Count District Attorney Thomas Quinn, III said the man convicted for two 2021 murders was sentenced to serve 50 years to life in prison.
23-year-old Jeremy Holmes was charged with two counts of 1st Degree murder and possession of a firearm and was found guilty in November 2024.
The shooting occurred on May 18, 2021 and resulted in the deaths of 29-year-old Jovaughn Mill and a 14-year-old male.
A third victim also suffered a gunshot wound to the calf.
Holmes was sentenced to serve two consecutive sentences of 25 years to life along with a concurrent four-to-five year sentence.
