Three more weekends remain in the Wyoming Valley Conference football season before teams head to the District 2 playoffs.

Don’t expect many teams to be packing up the equipment at the end of the regular season.

Since the PIAA went from four to six classifications in 2016, making the postseason has never been easier. Teams with one or no wins have made districts.

So who’s going to be in this year? Just about everybody. Of the 12 WVC teams plus independent Holy Redeemer, only one is likely to be done on Oct. 24. So here’s a look at those teams and where they are projected to be at the end of Week 19.
