DENVER (KDVR) — Police are hoping the public can help bring a missing 16-year-old girl home after she went missing from Arvada nearly a week ago.
The Colorado Bureau of Investigation issued an endangered missing alert for 16-year-old Diana Bates on Thursday, Oct. 9, on behalf of the Arvada Police Department. The girl had last been seen in person on Friday, Oct. 3, at about 6:30 p.m.
The alert said that Bates had been in the 9600 block of West 69th Avenue in Arvada at the time she was last seen. Bates's phone was last known to be in the area of 6th Avenue and Federal Boulevard on Oct. 4, according to CBI.
The alert said Bates does not have access to money or transportation and that law enforcement is concerned for her safety.
