Detroit — The Detroit Pistons dropped their first exhibition game in a 117-111 loss to the Milwaukee Bucks, Thursday night at Fiserv Forum. The Pistons are now 1-1 during their 2025-26 preseason schedule.
Cade Cunningham led the Pistons with a game-high 26 points on 8-of-14 shooting, six assists, six rebounds and two steals. The All-Star guard scored 15 points during the second quarter. Ausar Thompson added 11 points and five rebounds.
With Giannis Antetokounmpo out, AJ Green led the Bucks with a team-best 22 points, three rebounds and three assists. He had a perfect shooting performance by connecting on all five of his attempts from behind the arc and seven of his foul shots. Kevin Porter Jr. added 10 points and two assists.
