PINE ISLAND, Minn.- Ryan Companies says it had to clear up a lot of misinformation about its plans for a new development project in Pine Island at a community information meeting for Project Skyway on Wednesday, Oct. 8.

Peter Fitzgerald says the company is currently considering two potential roles for 482 acre plot of land just north of town.

The company is currently developing several plans it is pitching to companies across the country to try and bring new business to the city.

He says his company specializes in creating mixed technology business parks and technology campuses including facilities like data centers.

He says the latter of the two has caused misconceptions among the property's neighbors.
