Afghanistan's Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi on Friday said that the the Taliban government would never allow any force to threaten or use Afghan territory against other nations, reiterating Kabul's commitment to regional peace and cooperation during talks with External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar in New Delhi.

He also spoke positively of Indian-Afghan relations , saying that Afghanistan has never made statements against India and always valued the good relations the two countries share. Muttaqi reaffirmed that Afghanistan wants bileteral relationships based on mutual respect, trade and people-to-people relations.

"Afghanistan will never allow anyone to use the territory of Afghanistan against others," ANI quoted the Foreign Minister as saying during the bilateral meeting
