Srinagar, Oct 10: In a major crackdown on terror networks and their support structures, Srinagar Police on Thursday carried out extensive raids across multiple locations in the city targeting the residences of terrorist associates and overground workers (OGWs) affiliated with proscribed organisations.

According to officials, the searches were conducted in connection with ongoing investigations under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), as part of a sustained effort to dismantle the terror ecosystem and curb unlawful activities.

The coordinated operations were carried out across various parts of Srinagar, including Malabagh, Elahibagh, Hawal, Ikhrajpora, Lawaypora, and Hazratbal. Police said the raids targeted individuals suspected of facilitating, aiding, or abetting terror-
