We are now in Week 9 of the Augusta high school football season. It’s now officially the home stretch of the year. With three weeks of season left, playoff bound teams are hoping to switch into that next gear to be ready for postseason action. Meanwhile those that will not make the playoffs, they are playing for the opportunity to develop their talent for a run next year.

With that being said, here are five games to keep an eye on during Week 9 of the 2025 season:

Harlem (5-1) at Aquinas (5-1)

When: Friday, Oct. 10, 7:30 p.m.

Where: Aquinas High School; 1920 Highland Ave, Augusta, Ga. 30904
