Middletown and Susquehanna Township field hockey ended overtime in a 1-1 tie in their Capital division matchup Thursday.

Both teams remained scoreless into the fourth quarter before Middletown’s Gabby Romain found the back of the net with just over two minutes remaining.

Susquehanna Township’s Addison Hatalla answered as time expired, scoring off a penalty corner to tie the game.

Goalkeeper Rowan Hohney finished with 10 saves for Susquehanna Township.

Middletown snapped a six-game losing streak and is now 3-12-1. Susquehanna Township has been winless in eight of its last nine games and moved to 3-12-1.
