The Delhi High Court on Friday passed an order protecting the personality rights of journalist and Doordarshan anchor Sudhir Chaudhary.

Justice Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora said that Chaudhary's name, voice, image and likeness will be protected.

Further, the Court ordered the removal of AI-generated and deepfake content published by several users on social media platforms like YouTube and those run by Meta Platforms (Instagram and Facebook).
