A man was killed Friday morning in Canton while he was riding his electric bike.

The accident happened at the intersection of Harrison Avenue NE and Navarre Road SW.

The cyclist drove through a red light and was struck by an SUV, Canton EMS said.

He was transported to Aultman Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, Canton EMS said.
