The U.S. men's national team is back on the pitch with three more international breaks until next summer's World Cup .

In the September break, the U.S. lost to South Korea 2-0 before beating Japan's rotated team 2-0 for some momentum entering October, which will feature friendlies against Ecuador and Australia.

Both La Tri and the Socceroos have qualified for the 2026 World Cup, so the U.S. will be further tested against possible opponents.

Head coach Mauricio Pochettino received criticism for the squad he called up last month, but will have some key names in Antonee Robinson and Tanner Tessman available this time. Tyler Adams, Yunus Musah, Johnny Cardoso and Sergino Dest are among some notable omissions.
