A mum who spent £2,000 on Mounjaro jabs has shared the story behind her huge 10-and-a-half stone weight loss.

Tina Bashford, 41, confessed she had a difficult childhood, with her coping mechanism rooted in overeating.

She admitted this led to her developing a "toxic relationship" with food which she took with her into adulthood.

Once Tina had given birth to her first daughters, Sophie, 23, and Jessica, 21, she said she attempted to take part in all sorts of weight loss programmes from Slimming World to Weight Watchers, keto, and even Orlistat weight loss tablets to shed the pounds.
