DULUTH, Minn. (Northern News Now) - One man is dead after an overnight shooting in Duluth.

Authorities responded to a report of a shooting near West 3rd Street and 2nd Avenue West around 12:25 a.m. Friday.

They found a man dead from an apparent gunshot wound.

Officials said they are still working on identifying the male victim.

DPD asked people living in the area to check their surveillance camera systems.
