The Odisha government has announced a major bureaucratic reshuffle, transferring and assigning new responsibilities to several senior IAS officers across key departments.

The General Administration and Public Grievance Department issued the notification on Friday, detailing fresh appointments and additional charges effective from October 13.

Girish S.N. (IAS, RR-2002) – Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water Department, is allowed to remain in additional charge as Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Department of Mission Shakti.

Will assume charge after the relieving of Shalini Pandit from the State on October 13, 2025 (AN) .
