ATLANTA — Derrick Groves, the convicted murderer and escaped New Orleans inmate who was on the run for months following a jailbreak involving nine others in May, was suddenly and dramatically captured in Atlanta on Wednesday.

Now several questions remain -- how did he make it to Atlanta in the first place and carve out a place in the house on Honeysuckle Lane near the Campbellton Road neighborhood where he was caught? How long was he here? Who, if anyone, was helping him?
