Staples store permanently closes in N.J. town

The Staples store in Howell located permanently closed its doors last week.

Shoppers who relied on the location at 4514 Route 9 South for office supplies, printing services and Amazon package returns can go to other stores, company officials said.

The nearest locations are in Freehold at 4345 Route 9 and the Staples in Brick Township at 495 Route 70.

Staples did not release an official statement about the closing.

However, the store is closed according to the Howell Staples website and social media .
