One of two driving under the influence suspects is still on the run Friday morning in the vicinity of a 20-story apartment building in Koreatown after leading police on a chase that began in East Hollywood.

Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Northeast Division responded at 12:18 a.m. Friday to reports of a suspect in a light-colored truck driving under the influence at Normandie Avenue and Beverly Boulevard.
