A former internal medicine doctor accused of secretly recording children undressing at a swim school, as well as hospitalized patients and others is facing at least 25 years in prison after pleading to nearly three dozen sex-related and computer-related crimes in Oakland County.
On Oct. 10 in Oakland County Circuit Court, Oumair Aejaz, 41, pleaded no contest to two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, three counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct, four counts of child sexually abusive commercial activity, 13 counts of using a computer to commit a crime and nine counts of capture/distribute image of unclothed person.
Aejaz is scheduled to be sentenced on Dec. 2. No plea deal or leniency was offered, according to the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office.
