New Delhi: Aryna Sabalenka extended her winning match streak at the Wuhan Open to 20 by confirming her semifinal berth. Sensational Sabalenka notched up a 6-3, 6-3 victory over Elena Rybakina to continue her powerful run in the ongoing year. By virtue of the win, she reached her fourth semis in Wuhan.

The eighth seeded Rybakina was not able to put up a fight in either of the sets as she succumbed in front of Belarusian tennis player. Meanwhile, the US Open champion won had won the Wuhan Open title in 2018, 2019 and also last year on her return to the Chinese city. This is Sabalenka’s 11th semifinal of the current year and her ninth consecutive win. Overall, she registered her 59th win of 2025.
