According to a new Gallup poll , a record-high 62% of Americans feel the federal government has too much power.

Gallup says the results are the highest since they started the yearly poll in 2002, with the average result of "too much power" coming in at 53%. The previous high was 60% in former President Obama's second term in both 2013 and 2015.
