(NEXSTAR) – The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is rolling out a new video of DHS Secretary Kristi Noem blaming Democrats for the government shutdown, with plans to show it to travelers making their way through TSA checkpoints throughout the U.S.

The video was first obtained Thursday by Fox News. A DHS representative later confirmed plans for the “public service video” in a statement obtained by Nexstar.

“It is TSA’s top priority that you have the most pleasant and efficient airport experience as possible while we keep you safe,” Noem is seen saying in a clip published by Fox News. “However, Democrats in Congress refuse to fund the federal government, and because of this, many of our operations are impacted, and most of our TSA employees are working without pay.
