host Joe Scarborough unloaded on House Speaker Mike Johnson for five whole minutes after being outraged by the lawmaker’s call with a Republican-voting military wife and mom who made an emotional plea that he intervene on a potential shutdown pay stoppage.

MSNBC rolled back the now viral clip of Johnson taking the call from the woman from Fort Belvoir, who identified herself as “Samantha”, on C-SPAN on Thursday. She described living “paycheck-to-paycheck” with a veteran husband, who has PTSD following two military tours, as well as “two medically fragile children.”
