JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — First Coast Crime Stoppers has expanded its reward offerings, hoping to encourage more people to come forward with information to help solve local murder cases.
The nonprofit organization announced Friday that, effective immediately, cash rewards of up to $5,000 will be provided for information that leads to an arrest in any active or cold case homicide in the following Florida counties: Duval, Clay, Nassau, Baker, Bradford and Union. Previously, it was up to $3,000.
