TRINITY, Fla. (WFLA) — The Pasco County Sheriff's Office said a man was pronounced dead after being found in a walk-in freezer last month.
The sheriff's office said they responded to the scene at around 8 a.m. on Sept. 26 for a wellness check, where they found the adult man in the walk-in.
He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
PCSO said an initial investigation suggests the incident was accidental, and at this point, they don't suspect any foul play.
The sheriff's office did not release any additional information about the victim, location or circumstances of the incident.
