Bacon is the star of many a delicious dish, from the classic BLT sandwich to a hearty full English breakfast. Yet, achieving that perfect crispiness can be a challenge for many.
While frying in a pan with a splash of oil seems to be the preferred method for most, classically trained chef Billy Parisi has a different suggestion. He insists that baking bacon is "hands down the best way" to get "delicious and crispy" results.
He's confident that "you will never make it any other way again" once you've tried his method. Billy shared: "I've pan-fried, grilled, even deep-fried it, but to this day I've never found a better way to prepare it than this."
