CAMBRIDGE, MA — THE MASSACHUSETTS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (MIT) IS THE FIRST HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION TO PUBLICLY DECLINE President Donald Trump’s “Compact for Academic Excellence in Higher Education,” reported the Washington Post on Friday, Oct. 10.
