CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- An area program that teaches young children to be safe in and around the water has expanded to a fourth school division.

The Piedmont Family YMCA says the Ben Hair Learn to Swim Program will now be available to students in Albemarle County Public Schools.
