UPDATE: Mickey's Kingdom Park will be open Friday, Oct. 10th until Sunday, Oct. 12th.

The Evansville Parks and Recreation Department confirmed Friday to 44News the work that is set to take place will close it on Monday, with heavy barricade around the entrance while the work will take place.

But, until the work begins, the park will be open along Evansville riverfront through the weekend.
