Steelers cornerback Jalen Ramsey is in wait-and-see mode for Sunday against the Browns. But if you go by his participation at practice, the arrow is pointing up.
Ramsey was listed as a non-participant both Wednesday and Thursday with the hamstring injury that knocked him out of the Vikings game two weeks ago. On Friday, he not only practiced but worked into team periods, Ramsey confirmed.
“We’ll see,” he said when asked if that means he’s good to go for the Steelers’ AFC North opener.
Ramsey added that two games in five days, first the Browns followed by the Bengals on the road Thursday night, is a consideration. But he wouldn’t give much more clarity and seemed to enjoy sticking and moving in answering questions about his availability.
As much as he might just want to keep the Browns
