A star of the reality TV show "The Real Housewives of Potomac" and her husband have been charged with fraud in Carroll County, where they live, police said.

The Carroll County Sheriff's Office said Friday that Wendy Osefo, 41, and Edward Osefo, 41, claimed that many items were stolen from their home while they were on vacation, but the couple actually had returned the items to the places where they were purchased.
